Services · Prototyping & Short-Run Production

From sketch to finished part — prototyping and short-run CNC.

3D modeling, design review, and small-batch CNC production for product startups, inventors, and internal R&D teams.

Most of our prototyping work starts with a sketch, a CAD file, or a conversation. We help product startups and small teams turn ideas into testable parts, validate fit and finish, and produce small batches without the overhead of a full production run.

We work in CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks files welcome), and we'll do design review and DFM feedback as part of the quoting process — not as a paid add-on.

What We Make

One-off prototypes

One-off prototypes

Single test parts in production-grade material.

Iterative design samples

Iterative design samples

Multiple revisions of the same part to test fit, function, or aesthetics.

Short-run production

Short-run production

Batches from 5 to 500 parts.

Material studies

Material studies

Same part cut in multiple materials for comparison.

Custom jigs and fixtures

Custom jigs and fixtures

One-off shop tooling for your own production needs.

3D Modeling & Design Support

3D Modeling & Design Support

Bring us a sketch, a photo, or just an idea. We'll build the 3D model, review it for fabrication feasibility, and have you cutting parts before the design fee adds up.
