How We Work With Shops

Most of our work is for other shops. The process is built around staying out of your way.

  1. 1

    Send the file.

DXF, DWG, AI, PDF, or even a sketch with dimensions. We'll review it, flag anything ambiguous, and confirm specs before cutting.

  2. 2

Get a quote in 24 hours.

Most quotes go out same-day. Complex jobs may take a little longer, but you'll always hear back within one business day.

  3. 3

    We cut, finish, and pack.

Standard finishes, edge prep, masking, and packaging are all included. We can also stage the work for assembly if you're doing finish work in your shop.

  4. 4

    Pick up or drop-ship.

We'll have it ready for pickup at our Wood Village shop, or we can drop-ship directly to your client with your packing slip. Your call.

Why Shops Trust Us

No client poaching, ever.

We don't sell to your client. We don't keep their info. We don't follow up with them. The relationship is yours — we're just the shop behind the cutter.

Happy to sign an NDA.

We'll sign an NDA whenever you'd like one, and we treat every job as confidential whether there's paperwork in place or not. We hold onto files only as long as we need them, then archive them.

Built for shop-to-shop work.

We speak the same language: callouts, edge details, mounting specs, finish callouts. No translation layer between you and the machine.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?

DXF, DWG, AI, PDF, STEP, and IGES. We'll also work from clean dimensioned sketches if a CAD file isn't available — just expect a bit more back-and-forth on confirming specs.

What's your minimum order?

No formal minimum. We've cut single parts and we've cut full pallets. Smaller jobs may have a setup fee depending on materials and complexity — we'll always quote it up front.

Can you drop-ship to my client?

Yes. We'll use your packing slip and shipping account if you provide them, or we can ship on our account and bill it through. Returns and warranty issues route back to you.

How do you handle rush jobs?

We try not to make a habit of it, but we keep some capacity flexible for shops we work with regularly. Rush fees apply, and we'll be honest if we can't hit your date.

Can you finish parts (paint, mask, assemble)?

Standard finishes, masking, and edge prep are included. Painting, sub-assembly, and more involved finish work are available at additional cost — quoted per job.

Send us a file. We'll take it from there.

Most quotes go out same-day. NDA on request.
